To improve the proficiency of our sailing team, we continually devote time and resources. We have a training policy requiring all employees to receive extensive training in their tasks.
We have established a maritime training center in Bangladesh named "Ocean Maritime Academy," where 200 ratings pass out every year. We regularly provide all STCW courses to all our ratings and mariners in Bangladesh.
We offer a variety of courses in our training programs, including Pre-Sea Rating Training Courses, Preparatory Courses, Ancillary Courses, Refresher Courses, Practical Courses, ID to CDC Courses, and Other Maritime Related Courses that will give students the skills they need for their particular jobs.
